Return Policy

Parts & Accessories Returns

We accept returns on parts and accessories within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in new, unused condition with original packaging. A valid receipt is required for all returns.

Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage are not eligible for return. Special-order parts and accessories are non-refundable.

Bicycle Returns

Bicycles may be returned within 7 days of purchase in new, unridden condition with all original components intact. A 5% restocking fee applies to all bicycle returns.

Once a bicycle has been ridden or altered in any way, it is not eligible for return. We strongly encourage test rides prior to purchase to ensure proper fit and satisfaction.

Special Orders

All special-order bicycles and products are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Special orders are placed specifically at the customer's request and cannot be restocked.
